The Pelvic Floor Bootcamp is a unique workout that provides hands on, circuit training for your pussy. As someone who is passionate about yoga and orgasmic pleasure, I created this bootcamp because I want you to have the orgasm of your dreams. In order for that to happen, you need healthy, juicy, and coordinated pelvic floor muscles.  During the Pelvic Floor Boot Camp we will focus on locating, stretching and conditioning the pelvic floor muscles; followed by a gentle womb massage.  This is a 2 hour boot camp and light refreshments will be provided.

You need to come to The Pelvic Floor Boot Camp if:

  • If you think your vagina is too tight or too loose.
  • If you have been trying to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles by doing Kegels. 
  • If you have ever been pregnant (including miscarriages & terminations).
  • If you have had a hysterectomy.  
  • If you are leaking urine. It could be a little or a lot of pee but you when laugh, sneeze, cough or engage in physical activity your panties get wet (and not in a good way).
  • If you are having difficulty holding your feces. Or you are chronically constipated. 
  • If your orgasms lost their intensity. 
  • If you are experiencing pelvic area and/or lower back pain.
  • If penis (or finger, or dildo) in vagina sex is painful and inserting things inside the vagina are painful (tampons, gynecological exams).
